Whilst others are panning the 100km's (or even the 00 miles- well done Dee!), I am slowly but surely starting my preparation for the next ride.
It's started with a couple rides; one up to 15 miles! I have also started running- something which my legs just does not like, but is a quick way to get some kind of shape at this time of the year.
A pound off before Christmas is a pound I can put on over Christmas......
